A Theory Manifested in Real Life!
From what I understand from the theory behind PCCM is that it will simplify my energy structure and my life should, given time, become simpler.
It was during the fourth month of my using PCCM that I can experience this theory manifested in my life particularly in my work.
Over the past few weeks, I have experienced a number of interesting phenomena:

A number of complicated cases which lasted for months or even years and involved lengthy and numerous correspondence were resolved.
Other people including colleagues from other offices or departments would come to my assistance out of their own initiative. Some urgent cases would be resolved by other parties or through other channels.
Many complainants were very understanding, sympathetic and some even thanked me profusely. I would have expected otherwise as the response by our support team was considerably slower in the field due to an overload in recent months.
A few complainants known to have very foul tempers would not even answer my calls at all.
The number of incidents with negativity was utterly not in proportion to the number of cases received. Referral cases with positive outcome far out-weighed the occasional less pleasant moments. |
Although life has not turned into a complete bliss as yet, my work day has certainly become a lot more simpler than previously.
